“I hired All Inclusive Construction for three reasons: to fix the disconnected sump pump hose from under the deck that continued to cycle water back into the basement and would eventually burn out the sump pump, to replant landscaping that was incorrectly planted, and to clean out an estate home that was a total disaster. “Chip, "The Head Coach," and his team remodeled my Master Bathroom. They were a pleasure to work with, from the first interview, through the design process, the daily progress and the finishing touches. Chip has a team of experts (plumber, tile setter, electrician, carpenter, shower glass, painter, etc) who come in when their part of the job is ready to be addressed. The homeowner can do as much or as little as they desire, in order to manage the cost, and also for the DIY satisfaction of being involved. He managed the schedule and kept the job going flawlessly. I always felt welcome to inspect and request personal touches as the remodel unfolded. They arrived every day on time and kept an extremely clean job site. The plastic “dust wall” they put up between the bathroom and bedroom was so effective that I hardly had to dust when the job was finished. The quality of the work is outstanding. My dream bathroom is now so gorgeous and functional I don't think the novelty will ever wear off. “We hired Dremodeling to renovate the kitchen and master bathroom of our home, an 88 year old center hall stone house located in Jenkintown, PA. The team displayed professional knowledge and experience throughout the entire project. The concept phase was interactive and bi-directional. It was very easy to visualize the direction and intent of the design, making it easy to be involved and ensure the final plans fit our goals. The team is structured so that each member has a specific role and responsibility with overlap only in areas where individual skills and capabilities allow for it. This manner of doing the work ensured that the results are amazing. Their ability to stay close to budget while also being flexible enough to adjust & adapt the plan is another big plus especially given the 3rd party suppliers that we relied on for kitchen countertops as well as all bathroom appliances and fixtures. These suppliers were recommended by dRemodeling at our request, and all worked out extremely well. There were two situations where factors beyond the control of either dRemodeling or ourselves caused work stoppages; a discovered roof leak and a delay in delivery of the kitchen appliance. In both cases dRemodeling showed top notch professionalism and flexibility. By redeploying the team to other job sites during the delay, we were able to avoid any additional delays once the issues were resolved. We are now two months past the completion of the project and I can still say that we are extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to call dRemodeling again - either with questions about the existing work, or to hire and do business with again. “We hired Blue Lotus last summer to help design our new master bathroom renovation and supply the cabinets. The bath needed to be taken down to the studs so every element had to be worked out. I knew the tile I wanted and the stone but needed help with everything else. The first thing Tracy recommended was to take out the small linen closet. It shocked me and added greatly to the material and construction cost, but it's the best thing we did. Ended up with a bigger shower and more storage room. Tracy managed the process, helping to choose the contractor, help me make decisions on time, then scheduling the main contractor's steps with the other suppliers. The finished bathroom is solid and beautiful and fits right in with our reproduction farmhouse.”
