She literally saved me on a project that was a complete disaster due to a previous contractor's poor workmanship. When I called, I spoke with Marva, who wasn't pushy at all, asked great questions- I didn't feel pressured at all to go with them for our kitchen job. I had asked for a price estimate over the phone and she quoted me a range that I was very happy with (none of the other estimates even came close)! I have to say that the entire process of working with New Look Refacing was amazing. I had expected about 1-2 weeks until we had our new kitchen, but everything only took 5 Days!
