“We hired Quinlan and Company for a complete kitchen remodel the whole area was completely gutted, with major changes to the floor plan requiring wall installation and support beam issues. We could not give them a higher recommendation they exceeded our expectations. They took care of every aspect of the remodel and kept the area nice neat on a daily basis. The kitchen is still our favorite room in the house and the quality of work speaks for itself by everyone that has seen the remodel. We also found their price quote to be the best price for the amount of work needed.”

He has redesigned several rooms in our house, is currently working on a kitchen reno, and a few years ago brilliantly undertook the challenge of making the house handicapped accessible during a family illness. He is creative, very attentive to detail, cost-conscious, and has a wonderful aesthetic sense. His team is very reliable and hard-working. I highly recommend him. “Dan and his team members were invaluable in helping us renovate our downstairs unit. They did a full renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, as well as upgrades to woodwork and the electrical system. We were impressed with the care and eye for design of his tiler, carpenter/woodworker, electrician, plumbers, and floor sanders, and their suggestions for where to purchase electrical fixtures, tiles, cabinets and counter tops. Dan, himself, has a good eye for design and uses his electronic tablet brilliantly to draw over photographs of existing rooms what the renovation will look like. He is also easily reachable by phone and email, and replies quickly before, during and after projects. We have hired Dan several times over the years, each time with great satisfaction.”
