“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

He correctly figured what the problems were and did an excellent job of resolving it which required vent placement and extending a wall and roof to enclose the area where snow and ice had previously accumulated and re-shingling. Very dependable. Honest, thorough, good work. Highly recommend”
