“Sarah exhibits confidence and organization. She listens carefully and respectfully to me and I assume other clients. She has very good, up to date, ideas and will do her best to source products and services. She recommended a great contractor and followed up with them while we were away. Although there was an unforeseen issue with the construction, Sarah quickly dispatched a revision of the plans. However, the most professional quality Sarah exhibited was her timely response to my emails and phone calls. Did I mention her attention to detail...going out of her way to order the perfect knobs for a project she didn't even plan?”

“Tavia has now designed six spaces for us. Every one of them is functional down to the square inch, beautiful, and standing the test of time. After two years, we have yet to say "I wish I had…" Her eye is impeccable, but her listening skills, her perseverance in questioning every drawer, surface and angle, and her willingness to stay with the job until it is completely finished are what sell me. She takes 100% responsibility for delivering a space that is perfect for her customer. She has great enthusiasm for the design, but also problem solves every step of the delivery. “We had all the (very high) ceilings in our condo unit painted by Mike and his crew from About Coatings. Their price was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. They arrived when promised and cleaned up before leaving. They were respective of our furnishings and did their best to protect our belongings. Their work was top notch and professional. The crew were friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating . We would certainly call them again for any painting projects, and would highly recommend their services!”

“Karen designed both my kitchen and my master bathroom. She is creative and thoughtful in her designs and problem-solving. She is very collaborative when working with her customers. This is especially helpful when doing a remodel project with limitations on space and infrastructure constraints. She will go the extra mile to get her client what they want and need for function and value. She even drove me to Boston to look at bath fixtures and other items at the Design Center, just so I could have a complete range of items to chose from for my new bathroom, She also takes care of customers after the project is completed, and anything that doesn't perform 100% gets addressed and corrected. Her humor and practical view towards her work is also most appreciated.”
