“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“A very talented professional with lots of experience. If you can dream it, he can build it. Exemplar outbid the others for a complete redo of all the walls and ceiling in my house. Repainted and new moldings. Later he completely redid my bathroom in beautiful tile and new cabinets. The shower walls were done in tile as well. Last summer built me a very large deck.”

“We recently moved to Michigan from out of state, so we had no idea where to go for a kitchen remodel. We relied on referrals, recommendations and research done on the internet. We received four quotes, all about the same price, but all were lacking “something”. I came across the Kitchen Shop a couple of times during my research, but felt they would be too high priced. Since we were not totally satisfied with the quotes we received, I decided to stop in and see what they could offer. I was very much surprised and pleased. First, you get Pam Fredericks, a trained interior design professional, to measure, design, and offer recommendations and suggestions on the latest styles and trends. She was a pleasure to work with. During our first meeting, she stated that she could be as competitive as the “big box” stores—and she was. Once the design was agreed to, she provided quotes and computer renderings of the project. The construction phase was done by craftsmen, each working their trade to provide us, the customer, with what would work best. The workmanship, cabinets and quartz counters were of the highest quality. Obviously, we are very pleased with the outcome. We strongly recommend Pam. With the other vendors, we received quotes and installation. With the Kitchen Shop, Pam brought a whole new level of creativity, ideas, products and options. “We had our kitchen remodeled by Mike 2 years ago so we hired him again to have our guest and half bath renovated as well as put in hard wood floors. He and his crew showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Mike has attention to detail and made sure the project was done to his and my specifications. They cleaned up after themselves. The project was completed on time and on budget.”
