“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. “We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! We got updates on every step of the process and they always made sure we know what’s being done and confirmed with us multiple times before proceeding to the next step. We love our new kitchen and will definitely recommend their services!”

“I’ve worked with Wil Reed on several complex renovations to my home to include master bathroom, kitchen and utility room. In every project Wil was professional, focusing on detail, quality and customer satisfaction. His price points were reasonable, based on other competitive bids I obtained during my personal research. We made several modifications while renovations were underway and Wil embraced the changes, implemented to not only our request, but made suggestions for a better change at a less aggressive cost. I will use Mr. Reed for all my future modifications, and will always provide a reference for him.”

“Bathroom remodeling affected us two ways. First, the excitement of finally after twenty-two years getting a new master bathroom. Second, comes the dreaded search for a master contractor. We asked friends, looked over ads and turned towards Yelp. It was decided that we would settle for no less than a five star rating wanting to avoid the pitfalls so often heard about shady contractors. The ALC Remodel team arrived (Gabriel and Luan) dressed nicely in company shirts and a nice honest proposal of which we finally accepted. Prior to start, Gabriel de Franca, gave us a list of supplies that we could purchase (at the local box store) using my military discount. It saved us allot on our big items like our bidet, sinks and shower head units. Day one began, as each day, with the crew covering our bedroom furniture and rug with plastic. The destruction phase is the worst, but ALC did all they could to limit the dust including a plastic door that effectively sealed off the work area. We watched carefully as the ALC folks (Joseph and Jonas) came each day, always on our requested time and finished after a full day’s work in time for us to have a nice dinner and evening. Payments were divided into four segments, each paid at completion of a phase. We paid nothing up front. ALC’s work was completed within the agreed time line below original estimate. The final product is stunning! STUNNING! What makes the look so special is the workmanship. Maybe the right word is artist for each tile, every marble panel, even the final touches to paint and presentation was just perfect. Final thoughts; we were so impressed by ALC Remodel. More than just a team, the company is family and the work absolutely shows through. If we could give Six Stars we would gladly give them ALL SIX!”

“I was extremely pleased with the over the top service I received from Juan at TileLand. He coordinated everything extremely efficiently and helped me design the perfect upgrades to my kitchen. Everything was very cost effective and looks remarkable. I will definately be using them in the future should I need additional renovations!”

“Scott, David and their subcontractors did a great jobs for us. The flooring crew took out the existing hard flooring, including both ceramic tile and pre-finished wood. They replaced them with continuous pre-finished wood through multiple rooms and kept the pattern perfect. The paint crew painted the entire interior of the house and made it look like new. Lastly, they replaced the carpet in several more rooms. During the construction, our regfrigerator went out and they helped us get it replaced as well. We could not be happier.”

He even came out himself the last day to do some quick touchups and clean out our garage area for us! It is very hard to find good contractors these days so I recommend Gregory.”
