“Brad and his team did a phenomenal job on our interior remodel. Not only was the work completed beautifully but he and his team made sure to attend to every detail no matter how small. Also, they managed to put me at ease each time I'd begin to worry. We now have a beautiful kitchen, new floors, and new paint with a beautiful open concept because of the wall they removed. I'm so thankful for my new space. Every time someone visits they stand around in awe of how beautiful it is! People constantly say "WOW~! This doesn't even look like the same house!". It's beautiful! “My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.”

“"We had the tub replaced with a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom. We are very pleased with the result. Pedro did and excellent job in helping my wife select the tile and trim. The result was outstanding. The entire crew from Genesis Brothers was very professional, always on time, and kept a neat construction site. Despite major demoliton, there was minimal disruption to our daily family routine. Genesis Brothers was price competitive and used the highest quality products. “Our home was flooded during Hurricane Irma, and 40% of the house was ruined. We called Kari, and the next day she had a group out here to rip up and out all the yucky walls and carpet, and kitchen and cabinets. We were the first on the block to get the mitigation going and done, so the mold would not take root. Kari used very professional sub contractors that did a superb job of putting our house back together. The choices of tile and cabinets and flooring was high quality and enough choices. She did a good job of narrowing down matching tile and counter. In fact, I have had so many positive comments on the kitchen counter, which I love! The tile guy was an absolute artist about putting our whole kitchen wall up and blending in with an oldish beach house bathroom. Beautiful work! And I told him so! My husband grew up with his dad as a home builder, and he was/is very impressed. The budget was honored and we are extremely pleased with our newish home.”
