“I have worked on several projects with John Willard. His final product is always high quality. Not all custom cabinet makers stain their cabinets in a booth at their shop. This is really a nice feature for a lot of my clients. He also is not a high volume production shop. My clients like the specialized attention. I have worked with a lot of different cabinet makers, I highly recommend Willard Woodworks for mid-high end custom cabinetry work; he is professional, reliable and takes great pride in his craft.”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”

“Mario and Christian took a dull, plain 1978 townhome and transformed it into a beautiful Italian-style home. It is gorgeous! The walls in every room are textured, faux beams were added, recessed lighting, and a combination of tile and hardwood floors. The renovation was done prior to us obtaining the home, but we contacted them as soon as we purchased the property to add a few things, paint, and tile the patio. Mario's design aesthetic is spot on! Both Mario and Christian pay attention to the most minute detail...and it shows. We could not have asked for a more professional job. Neat, tidy, within our budget, and on time! Every single person who we have recommended them to has phoned us to say how thankful they are!”

“Just finished our kitchen remodel and its awesome! Lea worked with us and designed a kitchen based on pictures that I showed her from the website. I just love the craftsman style and all the drawers that organize all our our pots and pans. The whole process went as smoothly as possible considering we found a slab leak in week one! She had to adjust the schedule but we only lost 1 week while we took care of the leak. Lea was great in communicating with me; we texted or emailed each other so I never had a problem reaching her. All the guys who worked in the house made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lea and in fact plan on asking for her help in remodeling our bar and laundry room.”

“We cannot thank Theresa enough. The compliments about our kitchen cabinets keep on coming. "You have so much storage." "I love the custom depth pantry." "The spacing could not have been done any better." We recommend her service and products anytime we can. In fact, our neighbor a block over re-did their kitchen with her. As with any major remodel we were worried about quality, look and feel of new kitchen cabinets. We have seen other people’s paint start to chip and hardware start to fail. Our family of 4, with kids ages 9 and 7, put the cabinets to the ultimate test during the 2020 stay at home/work from home pandemic orders. Success! The cabinets even continue to hold up to our sons soccer team and soccer families regular post game visits. While the cabinets are fantastic, the service by Theresa is even better. She knows everyone and anyone to get the job done. Countertops, appliances, installation, design. she has a guy or gal for that. We liked everything so much we just had her design and install a new entertainment center. Thanks Keith and Nicole”
