Chuck made sure he understood not just all the requirements and needs but our aesthetic preferences, and existing conditions as well, consulting with us regarding decisions not just before but along the way, exceeding our hopes and expectations with a one of a kind custom heirloom creation that will remain a focal point in our living room for us and visitors to enjoy equally.
