“Grimball built an elevator shaft in our town house in downtown Charleston. Really nice work, all as quoted, and done on time. Came back as need when the elevator was installed and went over the quote and took off the charges for some work that did not need to be done. Were so dependable I gave them a house key and alarm codes. They helped find the right finishes and completed the inside of the elevator compartment for us when we were out of town. Just a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to friends.”

“Regina took my ideas for my dream kitchen and made them a reality. Not only did she design what I wanted, she suggested several improvements to my concepts that made my kitchen much more functional. She had extensive knowledge of all of the appliances, countertops and cabinets that I selected and easily incorporated them into the design. She was friendly, professional and fun to work with.”

“Jack and his professional crew were a pleasure to work with. They were helpful and respectful of my decisions. They completed our new kitchen quickly and were neat while doing so. The estimate came in close to the final cost and we would recommend them to anyone. We have had a bad experience in the past and proceeded with caution this time. We were very grateful that Jack was so honest and respectful from the beginning.”

“When my wife and I made the decision to renovate our kitchen, besides functionality, appeal and cost there were 3 additional factors that were important to us. Those 3 additional factors were; customer service, the quality of the products that would be used and would we be exceptionally please with our new kitchen. John Silvia, Bill Brown and their team not only met our expectations, they exceeded them in all areas. They took great pride in their workmenship and attention to detail which was evident in the quality of the finished product. My wife and I could not be happier with our new kitchen and the first class customer service we recieved from start to finish.
