“I called Linden Kitchen and Bath for a consultation to update our 60+ kitchen and dining area. Michelle had been highly recommended and when she came to our home she had wonderful ideas. Her estimate was acceptable and the work began. Our kitchen was "gutted"! We selected cupboards, hard wood flooring, colors for paint, plantation shades, shutters, granite counters, and new appliances. Michelle was by my side during the entire remodeling. My every concern was handled immediately!”

“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“worked with them when I built in 2000, they did my kitchen, and did a great job. Now 14 years later, my cabinets hardware has to be replace on a few cabinets. No reflection on the company, but who ever built those cabinet in which were high end should build them to last a life time! Replacing hardware is not fun.”

“Since we were in Florida when the renovations were done, we were not subject to the hustle and bustle of dealing with a gutted master bathroom, second bathroom, and laundry room. So the work, done in our absence, looked gorgeous when we returned. The whole time we were gone, however, we were sent pictures by Pam from B.C. of the progress being made. B.C. renovated our kitchen and we were the talk of the neighborhood for having the most beautiful kitchen in Rochester. I would hire them in a minute for any project. They are smart, efficient, creative, and extremely nice. If anything is not working properly they come out within three days max to fix it gratis!”

“We hired New Design to redo our bathrooms and to install granite countertops in our kitchen. Cost was reasonable and we love the work they did. All of the New Design workers were respectful and pleasant. My only complaint was the time it took to finish the job was longer than estimated. But it is done now and we are quite happy with it!”
