“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“For our old home, they completely redesigned and modernized our kitchen. It was done on-time and beautifully. There were no surprises. For our new home, they measured and designed a fabulous two desk office with a wallbed and lots of storage, and they measured and designed a wet bar and wallbed system for our family room. Everything fit perfectly, and it was all installed promptly and on budget. The utilization of available space, the quality workmanship, and the get it done attitude are great. “A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”

“I had all three of my bathrooms remodeled by Home Accents. Jay created the perfect layout and walked me through the entire process. Each worker that come through my home was exceptionally professional, friendly and skilled at their job. My floors were covered each day, they vacuumed each day along with making sure everything was put away properly. They followed the scheduled perfectly, and there were no major surprises or hidden cost. Out of my four estimates, I am very happy I chose Home Accents. The entire staff was remarkably efficient, helpful, kind which is something rarely found today. This is a very up scaled business with competitive pricing, great customer service and focus on detail.”
