“Al, Owen and team did an entire house renovation for our fixer-upper. Our realtor gave us their number because of the great quality of work and after meeting with them once, I was ready to go. It was a 1960's fixer upper we were thinking about buying in our dream location and if Iron Rose hadn't come through, we might not be settled and happy with our location right now. I am an anxious person and was prepared for a HGTV-style reno nightmare BUT I had so much fun working with them! They touched every room and one year later, everything is still perfect. My kitchen is a show piece. Owen refinished our wood floors beautifully. They took down walls, created an office with a double sided fireplace, and made 3 very dated bathrooms shine. They installed appliances and new water-proof flooring where we didn't have hardwood. They communicated so well, anticipated problems, stayed on a very tight timeline and budget and created a dream house. CONTACT THEM NOW!!!”

“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“Our experience was fantastic. The company was outstanding in every aspect of the remodeling project. I would recommend Millennium Cabinetry for any job done in the home. The company did two jobs in our home, one in March and one in September. They were polite, clean, honest and friendly. We had no problem leaving their employees alone in our home. “Tomassi Tile & remodeling did a kitchen tile job and a full remodel of a master bath shower for me this summer of '17, and I could not be more pleased with the results, the process, or the prices (always the lowest of other quotes, with more extras). Very professional and punctual, always doing exactly what promised. Owner Dan is what I would call a "speedy perfectionist". He was brought up in the business and shows the old-world skills taught by his father who brought them from his Italian homeland. I will definitely use them again.”

“Michigan Kitchen Cabinets - owner Andy LaDuke - was recommended by friends who had recently refinished their kitchen. We were extremely impressed with both the end results and the great reviews they provided. We had them over for an initial conversation and quote. We felt very comfortable working with them right off the bat. They had a no pressure approach in working with us. Andy took our initial design and helped us improve it to make a fabulous kitchen. He provided a lot of options for cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring and hardware. He was always open to talk and kept us informed of progress and shipments as we worked on the kitchen. His team was great - they cleaned up as they worked so we never were overwhelmed by "extra messes". We had plumbing and electrical work done through them as well and once again - top notch! I had no issues with them working in our home while we worked. Extremely trustworthy. I would highly recommend Michigan Kitchen Cabinets to anyone considering a home improvement project! I look forward to working with them again on our project.”
