In these more recent projects, we added a solar array and battery wall, replaced the roof, designed and installed an additional cabinet to match the existing kitchen cabinetry, and made impressive updates on a screened porch to make it more functional and attractive, among other improvements. I also like that she does not try to do cookie cutter responses to the design program. Therese is knowledgable and works with top notch trades people to get the job done right. She is responsive to my concerns and is very attentive to detail. Her fees and the cost of my projects were substantially more reasonable than when I have used another premium contractor in the past. “Doug makes amazing cabinets. 25 years ago he made all the cabinetry, both kitchen and bath for my parents. They have been well used by a large family. Everyone of the cabinets is very well built and still look gorgeous today! The cabinets are a modern slab without pulls, and you would not know they weren't put in recently. He carefully chose the fronts so that the wood grain flows together and has nice movement. If you want lovely cabinets, well built, that will last forever, Doug will do it! Of course, you may have to get on his list, because as with all great professionals, he is busy, but worth the wait. (I am having him do my cabinets this year.)”

“Grove Construction provided the very best services one could ask for a total home renovation--particularly since we did the renovations from across the country. Jarrad Kuhn and his wife devised a great plan to renovate the master bathroom and remove the disjointed corners in the bedroom accessing the master bath. Mr. Kuhn had helpful hints such as replacing our non code banister with metal railings instead of wood poles which would require painting in the future. He helped keep the original fireplace and give it a facelift with a new mantle and fireplace insert. The renovation took longer than we anticipated, but the result was totally worth the wait.”
