Our meetings begin with a walk-through and ideas emerge from the ensuing conversation. Her architectural background results in "functional" layout recommendations that optimize space and flow. An Aesthetic "top-coat" follows--- keeping in mind the design style of the client, layout and budget. Jill can "Manage" or recommend contractors to bring the projects completion. This is an added bonus as many people don't have the time or knowledge to realize their conception. “As in Interior Designer, I have collaborated with Steve on several kitchen and bath projects in Alamo, Lafayette & Walnut Creek, California. Regardless of the scope, cabinet upgrades or a kitchen redesign, he is professional and mindful of the client's goal as well as their budget. Steve gives a considerable amount of attention to detail in his layouts: counter & storage space, island design, lighting, ventilation systems and recycling needs. “Kelly was extremely professional and her knowledge about interior decorating is excellent. She asked me several questions to receive a better understanding of what type of furniture that I liked and then provided me with several photos of excellent well-made furniture. Kelly's furniture and artwork prices are extremely reasonable. Her follow through was phenomenal from ordering the furniture, developing it, shipping and most important asking me if I was satisfied with the furniture. My house now looks fantastic because of Kelly. I look forward to working with Kelly again in the near future and I would suggest anyone to hire Kelly. Robin Kardy”

“My husband and I initially hired Gita Jacobson from “in the details” for complete renovations of the kitchen Gita is a great communicator, listens to client’s needs, is responsive and manages projects with great efficiency. She is extremely creative and was an absolute joy to work with her. Gita’s guidance brought a new ideas to my color/materials preferences and gave me confidence to break out of the expected. Her creative solutions turned problems into unique finishing touches: for example, using two different type of tiles for back-splash and chasing the correct counter top. During the renovation, she came by the house when we needed her advice and she was on time we met to look at materials off site. Gita was professional but also a source of creative details of our kitchen.”

“Nadja was able to walk into our kitchen and dining room and immediately come up with great ideas for re-doing the entire space. She explained her process thoroughly, which was helpful for us novices, and she was always easy to talk with through out the entire process. We wanted a more "transitional" style than her usual modern style, and she was able to help us with design elements that worked for us. We loved that Nadja will share her opinions with you - we wanted her expertise, but she is flexible enough to work around any specific elements you really love. We hope to work with Nadja again on additional projects, and we highly recommend her.”

Her electrician met with me, conveniently on my next available day off, and came back a few days later and completed the job. Done perfectly and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. “As a veteran of Silicon Valley, I have recognized that integrated platforms provide the best value for end users. What if a construction company could integrate the various disciplines associated with remodeling/new home construction into a platform like approach? Imagine having to deal with a separate architect, a separate 3D renderer, a separate interior designer, various showrooms where all care about their own individual services and products? As we look back at our experience with the Greenberg Design Gallery team together with the Greenberg Construction team; from the original concept stage, to budgeting, design, and implementation/cost trade-offs, to securing our permit, we have recognized that indeed the team at Greenberg have implemented a very efficient platform. The team is highly technical and uses state of the art architectural design tools to take their clients through the journey in a very timely manner. In fact, we believe the value we have received in the design to permit phase will eventually save us a considerable amount as we anticipate minimal changes during the build phase. Greenberg architected our new home vision in the first month, and by empowering us with their 3D modeling package, we were able to request modifications and fine tune our entire house in the ensuing two months. In parallel, we were visiting their showroom in Palo Alto (where they have a rich selection of material), and spent quality time with their interior designers to help us reach consensus on the majority of the type of finishes for our house. So in approximately three months we went from vision to design to permit and material type selection. Of course, the entire design and office team’s great attitude and genuine care ties all the loose ends. We highly recommend you visit Greenberg Design Gallery in person to assess for yourself.”
