We were so impressed that we got Jack back to create some bespoke built in wardrobes and cupboards built into our eaves space in the attic. “Having been let down by another contractor 2 days before refurbishment work on my 3 bathrooms was due to start, I posted the requirement online and Tom from TC Wetrooms made contact within 30 minutes. He was able to meet me at my house that evening after work to see what was required and then sent across the quote later that night with a start date the following Monday. TC Wetrooms did a great job. Their focus is very much geared towards high quality delivery as opposed to just getting the job down however possible. Tom is a bright, personable guy who communicates well and operates in a professional manner. He provided sound advice where needed and displayed a flexible approach. Also Tom and the guys left the house tidy at the end of each day and demonstrated good timekeeping. The work was completed on time and the bathrooms look great. “Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”
