“From the beginning of the project we were impressed with the amount of time Bruce spent planning, estimating, and measuring for all the work that needed to be done before the project was even started. We had a large project that included damage from flooding and continued renovation of our home. During the renovation process Bruce and his staff kept to their committed schedule consistently. They managed their subcontractors (which is minimal) on a daily basis. All subcontractors were very polite and organized while treating our family and property with the utmost respect. Over the course of the project not only was the end result a wonderful job but we also developed friendships with Glenn, Bruce and staff.”

“We are currently in the middle of a major renovation of a house on Austin Lake. Our builder gave me a couple of choices for windows and kitchen/bath design. I chose Hannapel Home Center after meeting their kitchen/bath designer and listening to her ideas. In addition to the kitchen and master bath we put in 20+ new windows. They had some great ideas that really enhanced what was in my minds eye. The windows are in and we couldn't be more pleased. The kitchen won't be installed for a few more weeks (plumber and sheetrock need to be finished) but I have complete confidence we will be equally pleased. I found everyone at Hannapel to be friendly, helpful, and very patient with my questions. I especially was impressed with Terri the kitchen and bath designer who was able to design within my budget and was extremely knowledgable.”

“First and foremost, Matt & his crew are very professional. We had our roof, soffits, trim, gables and gutters updated on our 60's ranch a couple years ago and all of it still looks and functions great! We are considering buying a property that has had some water problems recently due to the heavy snows & rain. We called Matt and he has already come out to the property twice to look at the situation & help us come up with possible solutions. He and his brother are great to work with. If we buy the property, we will most definitely be going with Matt Ferry Construction to build a 3-story addition on the home which currently is 2 bed/2 bath. The addition will include two master suites, a mudroom, a garage, converting the current garage into an exercise/spa area, and a studio. The water problem would be best fixed by putting on the addition, but we need to wait a couple years while we save for it. However, if we were to win this contest, we could start right after closing!”
