Following our initial discussions regarding ideas and budget he quickly produced a detailed plan of the new kitchen. This was both stylish and practicable. I was impressed by his attention to detail. He carefully guided me through product selection that was available from the comprehensive range contained within his numerous catalogues. In addittion he assisted me with sourcing specialist items, for example, the arctic white glass splash backs used instead of tiles, plinth lighting etc. At no time did Rob pressure me into increasing my costs.
