“Susanne is an excellent contractor! We used her for the first time on a small bathroom remodel in our condo. We were so pleased with that project that we hired her for our huge master bathroom project. Years later, we decided to sell our condo and we sold it in 3 days....because the bathrooms were so amazing! We decided to buy a house on the gulf so we had Susanne go along with us to give us her expert opinions on all the properties we viewed. She helped us pick a house with great bones! 3 years later, we have the most amazing, totally updated and remodeled house on the beach! “My Wife and I hired Rick McGuire to do a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. He also installed cabinets over the desk area, new bi-fold doors covering the washer and dryer and replaced both windows in the front of the condo. They had to tear out the entire kitchen, raise the ceiling in the kitchen, install new lighting and glass tile back splash, replace both vanities and replace the entire master bath shower. The job took longer than expected but Rick and his crew were perfectionists. They also encountered plumbing problems in both baths and had to reconfigure two of the kitchen cabinets since there was a 4” pipe located behind the cabinets. While he was working on the project he always returned my phone calls and always showed up when scheduled. I would highly recommend Rick McGuire Construction for any home improvement.”

“Enguita Construction completely remodeled our master bathroom. We chose a custom double sink cabinet from Houzz.com and they brought in a cabinet maker to build the cabinetry. Everything was done with precision. Both Jim and Jason (owners) and their staff were courteous, neat, and professional, and certainly know their trade. One or both men were on site daily and there was a constant flow of communication between them and us. No surprises! We highly recommend them and we will use them again for future projects.”

His work is high quality, he stayed within our budget and everything was completed in a timely fashion. He is trustworthy and personable and we felt comfortable with Dave in our home while we were out. I would use Dave again in the future for any full remodel or partial remodel project.”
