“Valente and his crew do phenomenal work. We first hired them last year to build an outdoor pool cabana, and he's since done other jobs for us. Their work is beautiful - precise, solid, smart. On top of that, Valente and his guys are hard-working, very communicative and open to discussion, and supremely courteous. Very highly recommended.”

“I've used QUALITY FIRST for all my painting needs over the last 20 years. They do exceptional work, with a great deal of attention to detail. While they might not be the least expensive, they are worth every penny, and actually, pretty reasonable.Henry Ramirez, the owner is not just a painter/contractor. He and his workers can do carpentry, electrical and handiwork, so they are a one stop company. While they work, they are quiet, honest, polite and good natured , and after each day they are diligent about cleaning up. Henry is great at listening to my needs and visions of what I want done. I've recommended them to many of my friends, who have become satisfied customers over the years.”

“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

Everyone was professional and friendly and the work was done on time and on budget. Loriann explained every step and there were no last minute unexpected (and unappreciated) surprises. A kitchen remodel is an expensive investment. I'm glad I went with South Bay Design Center and can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with their work and would not change one thing about my new kitchen.”

“My kitchen transformed from an 80th kitchen with brown and dated cabinets to a modern chic kitchen with an elegant look in which I wanted to accomplished for awhile. from conceptual stage to completion, I was well attended by the wonderful team and project manager/ designer. At the conceptual stage, I was assitend by the designer for all material selecting and purchasing, color coordinating and other decision making. Throughout the construction I have received daily updates as to what is next, my house kept clean, and all my questions were addressed right away. Now I get to enjoy my beautiful kitchen. I thank this great team of people that made this happen and will highly recommend them to my friends and family”
