Our meetings begin with a walk-through and ideas emerge from the ensuing conversation. Her architectural background results in "functional" layout recommendations that optimize space and flow. An Aesthetic "top-coat" follows--- keeping in mind the design style of the client, layout and budget. Jill can "Manage" or recommend contractors to bring the projects completion. This is an added bonus as many people don't have the time or knowledge to realize their conception. “Hi :) my name is Annabelle and we are from Sunnyvale California, I just finished a new renovation, and I would like to share with you guys my wonderful experience, we started the process with a lot of fears because of previous experience that we had with another contractor two years ago, from the first meeting with Asi, me and my husband felt the honesty and integrity right away, we describe to her what we would like to achieve in our kitchen remodeling project and together with ideas that came from her designer we decided on the final layout, We needed a new kitchen renovation for our home ASAP, we are all working from home, my husband and I and our older daughter, and the kitchen became much more important, it was very surprising but we succeeded to pass all the inspections on time, The communication part was great, personally I preferred to communicate with Asi directly but they are working with a personal online portal that some people will find useful, we needed a few times that Asi will come to us to discuss on a few changes and we always felt comfortable to share with her our concerns and ideas, and eventually we are very satisfied from the end result!”

“Nadja was able to walk into our kitchen and dining room and immediately come up with great ideas for re-doing the entire space. She explained her process thoroughly, which was helpful for us novices, and she was always easy to talk with through out the entire process. We wanted a more "transitional" style than her usual modern style, and she was able to help us with design elements that worked for us. We loved that Nadja will share her opinions with you - we wanted her expertise, but she is flexible enough to work around any specific elements you really love. We hope to work with Nadja again on additional projects, and we highly recommend her.”

“We recently worked with Refresh & Build to do some work in our kitchen, and in a few living spaces. We found out about them through a friend who had also had work done, and are very pleased with how great everything turned out. Our work included demolition, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring and paint - so pretty much complete renovation. They are extremely experienced, were able to work within our budget and helped provide recommendations on materials. We worked most closely with Sam, who was extremely responsive and really helped take a lot of stress out of the project. Couldn’t be happier with the end results, and would definitely recommend them!”

“We recommend Genuine Kitchen and Bath 100%! They remodeled our entire kitchen and bathroom from the floor up. On-time, clean, and courteous, we trust the whole crew in our home anytime. There were no hiccups with our renovation, no surprise fees or charges--and the work is gorgeous. Little details were added without any management or recommendation on our end and changes we wanted were done promptly. The team assumed responsibility for delays that were our fault or beyond their control. Nice, trustworthy people, superior work.”

“I met with Alissa to discuss my plans for a design plan for a second kitchen in my house. I found her to be practical, honest and detail oriented. Even thought I did not end up working with her (because my project was very small and more of a do-it yourself type of plan, she explained), she gave me a lot of good ideas on how to save money and simplify my plan. I had planned to put in a lot of expensive custom made cupboards and a bar. She recommended that I use the shelving that was already in place and use a pre-fab bar rather than a custom made one. I just went to the store and found sliding glass doors to cover the shelves and a bar that folds into a table. It will save a good amount of money. I appreciated Alissa's suggestions and patience and would definitely hire her for a bigger project in the future.”
