“Our experience with Jim Walker was "five star". First, he listens really well. Second, he educates his potential client(s) without being pushy. He knows his products - positives and limitations - and describes them without bias. Jim comes across as an advisor, not a high pressure salesperson. He provides a clear plan and estimates of costs. Once we decided to accept his proposal, he personally came on site to measure and then deliver a detailed set of plans. In our case, we were very involved in the design process - which included making some changes to Jim's preliminary drawings. He was fine with that - and liked our input. Delivery went as planned. He came on site several times as the units were being installed, and came back after installation to make adjustments without charge. Jim's services included planning and delivering of all cabinetry for a custom kitchen and for three full baths. From beginning to end, Jim uses a partnering approach - and applies an ethical standard to his work.”

Contractor covered all aspects of remodel including structural, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, drywall, flooring, painting and related activities. Owner purchased new appliances and contractor installed them. We love our new kitchen!”

“We hired Kinley Cabinets to create and install the kitchen, laundry and bath cabinets and great room built-ins for our new home. In addition, they helped design our mudroom layout and lake bath storage area. Their design, work quality and results are just outstanding. Everyone we dealt with during this was professional, competent, and helpful. Don listened to what we wanted and suggested options we had not considered, including ways to economize without reducing overall quality, usability or visual impact. Benny helped us choose drawer pulls and hardware that were high quality at a reasonable price. Rick was so helpful with the hardware installation; he discussed options for placement of pulls and knobs then recommended the location that would work and look best in our application. It gave us great confidence that it would all come together, and it did! We highly recommend Kinley Cabinets for custom work. Outstanding workmanship and quality!”

“We recently remodeled our 1990s master bathroom to a modern Bali-Style retreat. Our design is unusual and we became frustrated after visiting two large local tile stores that just couldn’t embrace our concept. We were referred to Ashley and she was incredible. Instantly she grasped our ideas and pulled together tile selections in a matter of minutes that worked perfectly. Her next question was “What color paint are you going to use?” and she pulled out paint selections to make a fabulous recommendation even though she didn’t even sell paint. Throughout our project she was the calm in the storm as the typical remodeling issues arose and she provided suggested solutions at every turn.
