“The job from start to finish was extremely professional. Jim came out and inspected the crawl space and explained exactly what we needed and provided a detailed report with pictures ect. so I totally understood the process. He did not try to oversell me. His crew that showed up at my home ontime and were professional and polite and kept the worksite very clean and neat. Jim told me the job would take four days and they would stay at the job until completed and not go to other jobs while working on mine. True to his word, the job was completed exactly on time along with his sub-contractors (electrician and plumber)! Our job was not an easy job as the ceiling height in the crawl space was only 20" high. Removing the moisture and organic growth in the crawl space was our number one concern and they took care of this problem to above our expectations. The experience working with Jim at Crawl Space Solutions was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a contractor. I would highly recommend James D'Amico and his company!”

“Had a bit of a mold scare in the basement last month. Called these guys and they were on it like white on rice. Super professional, explained everything they were gonna do for the mold removal. Honestly, I was impressed with how thorough they were. Place smells fresher already. Cheers for the solid work!”

“The project involved repair of extensive water damage in the lower part of the house. Quentin Unsworth, the owner submitted a clear and detailed estimate which was promptly accepted by the insurance company. He then proceeded to perform the work with careful attention to detail. This is not to mention the level of the people who came to work, not in sweatshirts, neatly attired, attentive to all our concerns and even more careful that might have been expected. They worked with precision and shown respect or any discomfort we might have encountered in the process of the work. They left the promises clean and orderly. It was such a pleasure to see a company working on such high standard.”
