“Jose provided excellent customer service. He was very empathic & resourceful with my concerns of finding a replacement part which, after 22 years with a chandelier that has recently been damaged. I always say, conducting business with a company/someone is especially dependent on how they make you feel, which in turn makes you a devoted customer. Well Jose made me feel special, he located the parts and informed me that he will be forwarding. An excellent experience with him and the Livex Lighting organization. “Well Where to start from, okay first of we are store that decided to make chandelier a part of our store display, which made it for us very hard to choose the chandelier designers, I contacted Prestige Chandelier, and they gave me a price, what made me deal with them was their prices, which was way less than our decided budget. We thought with this price we will not really get a perfect design, but actually it was the opposite, Prestige chandelier just amazed us with the quality that was way more than the price. Their modern designs and the way they pulled every single detail was really beyond amazement, I loved them and would definitely work with them again! And off-course hell-yeah we recommend them too!”
