The staff are very quick to provide quotes, confirm purchases, and provide tracking and expedite deliveries upon request. And always friendly thru the entire process!”

“I purchased a light displayed on your end as being nickel and I got brown. Your customer service was VERY poor. Did not even offered a way of helping. I do bot recommend you or your products with a deceiving picture of what they are.”

“We needed new lights in our lofty conference room in an old industrial factory. The owners favorite color is purple and wanted us to find something that would match the purple chairs as well as the industrial vibe. I searched online and found Hangout Lighting's pendant lights with purple cording. I contacted Jen and she was wonderful in helping me figure out the correct bulbs and cord length. I was even able to pick up the pendants at the store on my lunch break! I would highly recommend Hangout Lighting as their customer service and products are excellent. I plan on installing several fixtures from them when I close on my condo next month!”

“These pendants are gorgeous! They look skillfully handmade and are quite substantial - perfect for our newly renovated kitchen. The color was a bit lighter and more of a blush color than what I expected from the photos, but it definitely wasn't a dealbreaker. They arrive quickly, were well packaged, and communication with Nitu and Neeraj was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“I recently stopped at Idlewood Electric Supply as I happened to be in the area. Bethany Rodgers, a lighting specialist, was very professional and made a number of suggestions and showed me examples that may fit my needs. She printed out detail sheets of two examples that I was interested in and one of these fixtures was on display in their showroom. I hope to revisit and purchase from this lighting company because I felt Ms. Rodgers understood our needs and style criteria.”

“Century lighting has an amazing showroom - you're spoilt for choice. The staff are always helpful but if you're just there browsing they're not constantly 'in your face'. I have visited there a a few times trying to narrow down my choice for our new dining room. Colleen has been particularly helpful and patient! Thank you.”

Northwest Lighting and Accents has a big selection on display with prices ranging from $50 and up. When browsing their showroom, I never felt rushed and there's always someone to answer my questions. “Excellent selection of traditional and more contemporary lighting options for indoor and outdoor needs. Prices are reasonable, though not always inexpensive, but the service and shopping experience is worth it. Parking is super easy, too, and free!”
