I've received some very good design advice from their staff, and they are willing to spend the time working with me (and my varying budget per project,) guiding me to the best lighting options. In fact, I've worked with several Metro staffers with design backgrounds, which provides much added value for an interior design amateur like me. Every time we buy a new fixture or piece from Metro, my husband teases me for walking into the room frequently to take in how great the room looks b/c of the new lighting. He suggested some changes to my plan and told me that if I was not 100% satisfied with his suggestions, he would come back out and change everything until I was satisfied, no questions asked. Once the project was complete, I was blow away on how amazing it turned out! He was spot on with his suggestions. To this day I still love driving up to the house at night and seeing the beautiful lighting.
