Not only did Josh change out my leaking water heater on short notice, he was very professional, he completed the job quickly, he was kind and explained each step of the way making my first water heater purchasing and replacement experience very easy. “Sarkinen is amazing. They are professional in every way and I think they are the best plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve done a lot of remodeling and I wish I’d had them from the get go. They provide clear directions and details about the work they are doing and they are always willing to help you understand the current plumbing issues (we have an older home) and how to update. I wouldn’t use anyone else.”

“We have had D & F for small and large projects, some expected, some not. They have always been on time, following up on work if we have questions, and respond promptly to calls. I would also say that they may be higher in price than some others, but it's because they pay their employees a living wage and benefits. This treatment of the employees was important to us, but it also seems to come out in how seriously the employees take their work.”

“I needed to remove and replace the pin and seat to my bathtub faucet. Scott was such a help over the phone I was able to do it myself! I am a pretty adept handyman around my own home so I was lucky, but Scott was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind, which I really appreciated! I usually take a different route to hire contractors but I'd highly recommend giving him a call! Thank you very much Scott!”

“Corneliu is a great plumber, trustworthy and thorough. He worked flexibly with me when we uncovered some problems with the client's existing subfloor. When the problem was discovered he quickly moved some water lines out of the way so we could re-frame the floor joists. I'd hire Cornel's plumbing again in a heartbeat!”

“Absolutely the best! Experienced, real plumbers. Problem solvers. I had a broken water heater that needed to be replaced immediately. I had another company out (a water heater company, not certified plumbers, it turns out). They proposed cutting through my wall to remove a sliding door and then asked that I get a furnace tech out to move a pvc pipe that obstructed access to the warer tank. What?!? I called DeTemple on the referral of a friend. Explained my difficulty. They freed up a great plumber who did the entire job that day, for less than the other company, AND fixed a few things he noticed (poor water pressure in two faucets) when he cleared all the lines after he finished installation. Very transparent, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & stayed until 7:45pm to make sure all the work was properly completed & checked. DeTemple is my go-to company now & I recomment them whole-heartedly.”

“We experienced a main water pipe break and flood in an over 100-year old building in downtown Portland that insurance wouldn't cover. So we needed a plumber who was competent in dealing with the challenging plumbing routes of an old building, as well as offer a reasonable budget. As members of our Association Board, we voted to use Puddletown Plumbing first based on their competitively lower estimate, but as we got into the massive project, I realized they are also creatives and thinkers, eager to solve the most challenging scenarios and clever at decoding the snags. I trust their services and prices. I highly recommend them.”

“They did a great job. From start to finish everyone was helpful, professional and clearly customer focused. We found ourselves in a schedule pinch on a room addition/kitchen remodel and they fit us in quickly and helped us stay on track and Roy and Jeremy were great to work with and Jeremy even tightened our shower drain when he saw it was leaking in the crawl space. The inspector even commented that Tri-County always does a great job.”
