“Rob (Alps Plumbing) helped with plumbing when we got new countertops for Kitchen and Bathroom. He also helped with changing our bathroom toilets. “Rocket Plumbing and Drain deserves five stars!!! I was having a water pressure issue at my home. They answered my phone call immediately. Because of the shelter in place order, Steve conducted a diagnostic session with me using Zoom. Using this technology, Steve was able to diagnose the problem, and talk me through the steps to fix the issue in a live session! My pressure issue is now fixed, and the process did not involve having any workers entering my home. This is an outstanding company with high quality workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend this company to anyone having any sort of pluming issues.”

“This is a real find in Plumbing professionals. During the first visit to take care of some immediate issues (broken winterized pipe, change a faucet, etc) the plumber evaluated the further needs and said that I would need more than an hour time segment for two people to get the rest plumbing done. The next appointment was set while he was here. The next day two plumbers came, on time, right on the dot of when they said they would be here, and started working on the problem, a clogged kitchen pipe on the third floor. The job was quite complicated as the pipe was so clogged that the water had diverged flow, making it quite difficult to diagnose and correct. They took care of this and a number of other issues that were not planned for the day, after calling their company to report the extras and estimate the time they would take. I was so pleased with the work that after they left I was looking around to find what other plumbing needs might I have for the future, only to realize they had taken care of everything! (for the moment that is). I recommended the company to a friend who hired them and in her turn was very pleased with them.”

“We have used James Brown Plumbing , Heating and AC for the last 12 years. They did all of the heating and plumbing for a mudroom, laundry and garage addition in 2005 and we have used them for all of our repairs since that time. They are honest, reasonably priced and always come when called in heating or air conditioning emergencies. We were having a graduation party for our daughter on a very hot Saturday and Jim himself came and fixed our air conditioner so that our guests would not suffer in the heat.”

“Bob did a complete remodel job on our bathroom. He made good recommendations regarding design and suppliers and worked with us to keep the price moderate and the quality very high. Job completed within time agreed to and all workmanship was highly professional. Workmen used great care to avoid damaging anything while bringing materials in and out and used drop-cloths to protect floors. Did thorough clean up at completion of each day's work. Bob is very conscientious and careful to be certain you know what the costs will be for any extras that you request. No surprises when the final bill is presented! Over all, Bob will give you a reasonable price and does excellent quality work.”

“Danny always provides excellent amazing and timely service; he is my go-to call for plumbing! He replaced our water heater, repaired numerous leaks on different occasions, replaced our faucet and helped our families for years. He took the time to explain different options, prices, and issues to help us understand what was going on before we took the next step. He's has been available within hours when timing matters most for a simple leak to your basement flooding. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber!”
