Sam always provides meaningful suggestions keeping in mind safety and homeowner upgrades that will bring long-term value to the house. My wife and I have an upcoming bathroom remodel later this Fall. I have already engaged Sam for this project as we will add a lovely walk-in shower and add new plumbing amenities. While I nearly always get 3-4 quotations for any project, I could clearly see the "Sam factor".
