We are on our second project with them, Rick and Aaron are knowledgable and responsive, and their crew is terrific. Our first project involved a floor to roof remodel of an old beach cottage, there were many unknowns when we started and lots of choices to be made along the way. TailorCraft consistently took the high road and helped us figure out how to make good choices, our home will easily last for another 75 years. I have worked with many contractors before, and there is often a moment where a lazy choice or a go cheap choice is made, that never happened with TailorCraft. The subs they used were also terrific, and we will use them again for general maintenance as needed. Our first job was finished on time and our current job looks like it will be too. Costs were reasonable and well explained, their online system for communication keeps all the details in one place and they always return phone calls. Thank you TailorCraft!”

“My husband an I built a new waterfront home in Elkton Maryland using Avalon Associates. It was a wonderful and exciting experience. Right from the start we knew that JR was the right builder for us. While looking at samples of his work every homeowner was singing his praises. It speaks volumes when a homeowner is still happy with the builder by the end of the project. Thankfully we can give the same resounding accolades. He was professional and knowledgable with a great group of employees and subs to execute each step of the process. While the project took longer than anticipated we did add a lot of extra details as we went along. JR was always willing to listen to our concerns and do whatever was necessary to accommodate our every wish!”

“I am in a wheelchair and needed to redesign my kitchen to make it accessible without making it LOOK accessible. Post & Beam (Bill, Scott and Steve) were an incredible help from beginning to end. They helped design it and helped me find appliances that were helpful and contemporary. They were patient with us. We are a busy family with four kids and a husband that travels so we needed time to make our decision, select appliances and yet they never treated us like we were a pain to deal with. I look forward to working with them again very soon.”
