“From the beginning, Wiltrack Construction committed that we would know line item by line item exactly what is involved in the process so that there are no surprises. It is something that we have found to be very rare. There is nothing that came up such as, “We didn’t foresee this and we have to deal with this now”. There was a significant amount of planning done before hand by Wiltrack Construction. And in the end instead of finishing on time, we finished almost a month earlier than planned, which was a great surprise. The reasons to hire Wiltrack Construction is the details. The quality, the craftsmanship, and the process. If you’re looking for a project to go smoothly and get the highest possible quality build, that would be our reason for hiring them. They are not a lot of contractors out there like Wiltrack Construction. All we had to do was sit back and watch this beautiful home just happen without any stress.”

“Karen is an extremely talented and professional decorator. I think she has a natural eye for pulling in color, textures and ascents to make any room "pop". She is extremely conscientious; her top priority is to meet the clients needs, shop their individual styles while honoring budget perimeters. I would highly recommend her!”

“Z Group has been remodeling our bathroom and in a few weeks will be remodeling another bathroom for us. They have been very up front with what is going to happen each day. They have been so helpful in helping me make the right decisions. They have been very careful and respectful of our home and have had very good professionals doing the plumbing, Electricity and drywall.”

“Mark is an excellent GC. He suggests solutions and definitely listens when the customer has other ideas. He uses very reputable local suppliers and workers and will not hesitate to change if he sees their quality slipping (which is rare). It feels like a good collaboration because the completed space looks good and both parties are proud of the results. He did my entire kitchen and entryway floor, and we are currently working on a complete bathroom redo, replacing all doors and paneling another bathroom. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don't have anyone to compare his work with. I've been happy with it, so I haven't gone with another GC.”
