“I have worked with the Stephen Neall Group on two large projects. On both occasions they were extremely professional, always quick to come back with plans and flexible when I made any changes. They are concise about costs and no job is too difficult for them to solve, especially when property renovation may uncover an unexpected problem and that needs solving before things can move forward. They work very well pulling in a team of trusted contractors to work on all aspects of property renovation and all those contractors are really nice people. There were regular and efficient updates right the way through the projects so I never worried whether I needed to chase them on anything. “Huge thanks to Warick, Carl, Kerry and everyone else at Homefit UK for an outstanding bathroom refurbishment carried out on one of my properties. From the start of the design process, they were superb. We had detailed discussions about the specifications and detailing of the project. A couple of meetings were held at their showroom near Pocklington which allowed me to view a number of the different bathroom options which are showcased there. Nothing was too much trouble, I was talked through different options and the implications of different types and styles of bathroom. Once decisions had been made, a date was set and Carl, their fitter arrived to make a start on the project. The service he gave was second to none. He was very professional, polite, courteous and extremely tidy throughout the week. Once completed the bathroom was checked over by Warick and everything was signed off. From start to finish the process was absolutely seamless and carried out with the upmost professionalism. Homefit have achieved an outstanding quality bathroom for my home . I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. “Steve and the team at Egg did a brilliant job with our very tired en-suite and master bedroom. From initial design ideas, which Steve was able to convey in such a way that we completely subscribed to the overall design, through refinements, strip-out, installation, decorating, flooring, plumbing, electrics and minor snagging, everything was done with care, thoughtfulness, and consideration for us living through the works etc. The team he used was excellent, really good craftsmen who seemed to build everything from scratch and amended the design as installation proceeded and we wanted something slightly different as finishing touches. All in all a really fantastic premium design and build service, with real quality and care for the customer at the front of mind. We are thrilled with the result. We did get though an awful lot of tea as well......”
