“Bob delivers the best quality from the initial contact to the punch list/clean-up/follow-up. He is timely, professional, considerate and flexible and extremely efficient in scheduling, supervising and completing the job. I have and will continue to give him referrals for as long as he owns a contracting business. I was recently searching for a home to buy and Bob started out as my "go-to" for pricing repairs needed in the purchase negotiation process with the seller(s). He turned pricing around on 2 different properties within one day (unheard of), both to the tune of $10,000 or more, as the homes both had some deferred maintenance issues. Ultimately I hired Bob for the condominium I purchased and his guys worked tirelessly the week before Christmas and the week between Christmas and New Years to meet my move-in schedule of January 4th. After moving in, I asked him to price subsequent work (electrical, running cable, sheetrock work, etc.). and they were in/out of my place, including sheetrock repairs/taping/floating/painting in 3 days! I observed NO DUST, which was unbelievable with the scope of work involved. His workers are respectful and go above and beyond to do their work without interrupting your life in the process. Bob has continually impressed me with how very clean and considerate the subs are while working inside my home. His guys show up when he says they will, he accurately estimates how long the job(s) will take and he delivers every time. Not only that, but he stands behind his work and doesn't hesitate to do whatever it takes to ensure I am a happy customer. THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY RARE IN BOB'S TYPE OF BUSINESS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT NB CONTRACTORS.”

“The person who left a reviews has stated false information. We drew up a “Preliminary design” based on what he wanted. We never got to the area where the POA is even addressed or considered. We were not fired he just did not pay to go past the preliminary stage. If anyone is thinking about drawing a plan for this person just take my advise and say no. It would be a waste every one’s time.”
