“The first project we hired them for was to build a screened in porch (2006). Attention to detail is what impressed us the most. Not a corner was cut and they took their time to make sure it was done right. Then we hired them to remodel our guest bathroom (2006). We have a house that was built in 1928 and he was able to solve the problems that arose to update the house. Next, we had had a renovation nightmare from a prior contractor and in 2010, we hired VV Contracting again to come and completely rebuild the entire front of our house. Support beams were rotted and he re-supported our second floor and re-faced it. It feels more solid and stable than it ever has. Now, in 2012, we have hired them again to redo our daughters bathroom and our master bathroom.”

Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. Dia Hunter managed and monitored the project very closely and the end result was a finished basement that we are most pleased with. “Anyone who works in SFH REI knows how difficult it is to find a good vendor. Look no further! US Legacy is by far the simplest vendor to work with. They were my go-to GC when I worked in renovations, and upon switching to a new company, I was pleased to find that their maintenance department is just as reliable!!! They work quickly; never overestimate with unnecessary repairs (huge plus when working in REI); communication is fast and clear; provide market pricing (many times even below market prices); work is completed on time, within budget, and always good quality. They even have an appliance repair team that handles ONLY appliance repairs, which means repairs get completed sooner than expected. I could not over-recommend them! Great team of people working here, keep up the good work!”
