“We recently hired Rebecca to redesign our kitchen and dining room. Rebecca provided a fantastic service from start to finish and we are so happy with the final results. Having a complete kitchen redesign and decoration of hall and lounge 3 weeks before christmas may seem ambitious and a little crazy but Rebecca and her team made the whole project as stress free as possible. As well as expert advice on design choices, Syd and his team were able to use their wealth of specialist knowledge to advise us on the more technical elements of working within an old building. Having Syd and his team here was an absolute pleasure and they were totally respectful of our space and our neighbours - not playing loud radio or music and managing their time spent drilling around my hours of home working. The project turned out better than we could have imagined and we were constantly consulted along the way. Having undertaken smaller projects since we have gone back to SBC without a second thought and will absolutely continue to do so in the future.”

“DMDL carried out a total external and interior refurbishment and extension our property over a period of over12 months using in the main, directly employed labour directly supervised at all times by Derek Mason himself or one of his excellent site managers. The quality of work was outstanding and we are delighted with the results. Nothing was too much trouble and our frequent changes to the architect's original specification were accepted without question and with full co-operation. The scale of the refurbishment was extensive and we effectively started with a four walled shell and re-created the house from scratch. The work included the installation of underfloor heating, a complete electrical and plumbing refit, as well as new DG windows, roof and exterior cladding. On the few occasions we queried costs during the project, these were either fully explained and justified or adjusted immediately. The helpfulness and courtesy shown to us by DM and all of his team was outstanding and even though our project has been completed he remains in regular contact with us and has helped us with a number of minor 'snagging' issues that have inevitably arisen. These have been dealt with without hesitation. To summarise: DMDL is a totally reliable building contractor, managed with integrity by its directors, and which provides top quality work in accordance with pre-determined project timescales. We have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are considering major or minor building work.”

“Roseberry Interiors helped design, build and fit a custom understairs storage unit consisting of 3 shoe drawers and two cupboards with adjustable shelves. The design and build quality is excellent and has transformed a boring unusable space into a beautiful addition to our home that also helps hide our day to day clutter. Roseberry were very attentive from our first conversation and throughout the process, listening to our requirements and changing the design late in the process to fit our needs. All done at competitive prices Would recommend to anyone seeking custom interior design”

The team were superb throughout the project, very tidy and considerate as we remained living there whilst having the work done! Jermaine in particular was always on hand to answer any questions and was a great help with obtaining all the necessary paper work needed prior to the build taking place. “Dmm London Ltd are about to embark on a third building development with us now and frankly there are not many companies i can say that for. David and Sam are also responsive to contact and get back to you with any required information as soon as possible. They are proactive and foresee issues and aim to overcome them (something not common to the building trade who seem to be reactive at best). We are so impressed with what David and his team achieve and the professional clean manner they carry it out - i must say any clients we have referred them to have also been highly impressed.
