“We recently purchased a 4-level split and did significant renovations on 3 of the four floors. Spencer's support throughout the entire renovation process led us to a finished product that we love. He took the the time to understand our wants and needs and built on those, leading us to a finished product that is not only beautiful but maximizes space and function (a must for our growing family). His eye for design, ability to liaise with trades, and hands on approach eased the stress of the renovation. We couldn't be happier with our new home and wouldn't change a thing!”

“Creative Home Decorating is simply excellent! We hired Creative Home Decorating to design our kitchen renovation, choose a paint colour for the interior of our home, wall paper the dining room, design our boys' bedrooms and some misc items. They worked with us to find the look that we were drawn to and then turned that into an overall vision that guided the decision making. We then developed a detailed budget, and they were bang on, both in terms of monetary items and also the timing to complete the project (total of 6 weeks including floors being refinished). I was impressed by Kim's passion and excitement for what she wanted to do with the project. This resulted in some unique touches to the project and a "wow" factor for our kitchen. She truly seems to love what she does and it was fun working together. I also really appreciated them narrowing the number of choices on the various items so we weren't overwhelmed by the multitude of options and "shiny objects". We typically received three selections that all worked really well. They would share with us their top choice and why, but the final decision was always ours. This was an efficient use of our time and we were confident in our decisions. Most importantly, we were absolutely thrilled with the result and feel we have made our home truly our own.”

“Complete main floor and basement renovation. Project was completed on time, service provided during the entire job was exceptional, design work excellent, and we ended up with our home above and beyond expectations. We were kept informed of progress on a regular basis, and every aspect, big or small was well managed in a timely fashion. Any sub contract work was exceptional, which speaks to the management of this company. Would use again, and not hesitate to recommend. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.”

“Alloy Homes designed and built a full size inner city home for us about 2 years ago. We had an excellent experience with Alloy during the design and construction phases. Alloy continues to help us with new projects involving the house and has been very responsive and helpful with the little post-build issues that have come up over time, notwithstanding the expiry of our New Home Warranty. We love the home Alloy built for us - it's just beautiful inside and out. There are several unique and clever design features and the quality is superb. They proved to be great partners in designing a home that suited our needs and tastes and in helping us make modern, practical and stylish design decisions. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Alloy Homes and would absolutely choose them again were we to build another home.”
