I wouldn’t say the process has been easy but going through the process with Harry who has stuck by our side throughout the difficult ups and downs has made it all the more worth it. “great team. highly experienced in icf, concrete and steel. very adaptable and listen. i wish i had engaged pbs from the start and not depend on an architect for building advice. so , i suggest contact them first and then engage an architect. also, important to choose a structural engineer who knows about ICF”
