Both were able to guide us in our choices to keep within budget and suggest alternatives that enhanced our ideas. Deadlines were met in a timely manner. Communication was open, frequent and always accessible. We had total trust in the advice we received from the Purnells. They built our house as if it were their own.”

“We recently used Lundberg Builders to perform major restoration on our home, including completion renovation of three bathrooms, replacement of 60+ windows, extensive electrical work, house wide hardware installation, and painting of the interior, among other items. At all times they have been communicative, neat, punctual, and perform their work per our specifications. Our foreman, Chuck Chambers, has in particular done an excellent job making sure that all details are attended to. Based on their work, we intend to use them again for several pending major projects, and have no hesitation recommending them to a discriminating homeowner interested in excellent craftsmanship and accountability.”
