“My wife and I had been looking for a new house off and on for several years. We looked at hundreds of houses and built our shopping list based on things we liked and didnt like in the houses we viewed.
In our price range the market was flooded with houses that all looked the same. The more we looked the more they all started to blend together.
Immediately upon viewing the property we purchased from Home Made Developments we knew it was different. The little details included in the house made it stand out from the rest. The matching custom countertops on the island and both bathrooms, the amazing light fixtures, the all black hardware on all the doors faucets and bathrooms were bold and striking. The butcher block countertops in the kitchen were also a nice touch.
The little touches throughout the house all blended together into something unique that stood out above the rest and completely matched our style.
Mark was a pleasure to deal with and was very accomodating when we asked to switch out the fridge to a different model. He even paid for the delivery instead of adding it to our bill.
The fact that he was willing to be flexible with the fridge and other items we had asked for made us feel confident that we made the right choice.
When you purchase a new home you are starting a relationship with a builder that will endure at least as long as your warranty. Mark made us feel comfortable that any issue we have will be handled in a professional manor.”

“We built our new custom apartment with azARC LTD. ( PERV. PARS ISTA LTD.) and the result was great. The best qualities of building with azARC were working with a family based business.
We signed the contract with them and they were very fair and upfront with the costs of the building.
During construction we worked with a team who had excellent suggestions and have the pride of their work and I can slike site manager, foreman, surveyor and... they're knowledgeable about options available and has great taste when helping us choose features for our home.
If we build another home, we would definitely choose azARC and we highly recommend them to anyone else we know who want to build their dreams.
Being a mum and a client at the same time was an unforgettable experience.
I am giving a review after 8 years of finishing the project and I have no complain about that.

“I have purchased one of the residential properties designed and built by TerraTech. What differentiated this house was the design and the quality. The design of the house is very unique, which differentiates the house from the other houses in the neighborhood.
One of the good features of the design is the maximization of the square footage available on the lot which resulted in a bigger house than the average houses constructed on similar lots.
TerraTech also impressed with the high quality of materials. Before purchasing this house I compared it to similar houses that were for sale at that time and the quality of the materials definitely differentiated Terratech. The house included triple windows, concrete deck, landscaping, vinyl fence, higher ceiling, and energy efficient appliances. We did not find these features on the other houses with the same budget.
We definitely recommend TerraTech.
When we bought the house we were sure that TerraTech`s main goal wasn`t to maximize the profit. TerraTech`s main goal was to differentiate themselves through high quality work.”
