“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. “The Howland Group is comprised of exceptional, top-notch craftspeople. They completed an 8-month addition of our home. We were blown away by the professionalism from start-to-finish. We had the same team throughout the process and work was completed against an aggressive and detailed timetable. When we had to adjust due to unforeseen issues (we were remodeling a 1922 tudor so there were plenty of surprises), they were always one-step ahead with a solution. When people come over for the first time, they are blown away by the detail and craftsmanship. This company takes great pride in their work and it shows.”

“We purchased a 1957 ranch house to accommodate the current and future needs of our 14 year-old daughter with Spina Bifida. She currently walks with orthotics, but will likely progress to using a wheelchair as she grows and wants to keep up with her peers. We gutted 3 bathrooms (on slab), rerouting plumbing in 2 and creating one accessible bath. Jeff DeVol is an aging in place specialist and helped us design an open shower with a linear drain and added blocking in the walls for additional grab bars in the future. We also widened openings, installed tile flooring, and removed some closets for a more open floor plan. Adding a ventless fireplace and converting a third garage bay to a weight room allowed the home to better meet our family's needs. DeVol's team was competent and courteous. The arrived on time and consulted us on every change that occurred in the field. We ended up with only a 1% cost overage in change orders, one item a lighting change at our request.”

“I wish everyone conducted their businesses as professionally as the folks at Turnings Unlimited. I sent a photo of newel posts that I had seen and liked very much. Justin asked for dimensions which I was able to provide and he sent the dimensions to me for the posts which I gave to the company building the staircase. We did all this with a very few emails and phone calls for a house under construction 1000 miles from where the newels were made. When we needed some extras for a change in plans, they were able to make them and ship them to us in a short amount of time so we could complete the staircase on time. I highly recommend Turnings Unlimited to anyone needing this service. They are good people to work with.”
