“After purchasing our new home we wanted to modernize the house since it was still stuck in the in the 50's. We did not know where to start and after a lot of research we were referred to Spazio La by a friend that did their entire house with them. We didn't know what to expect, after 10 minutes of our first meeting I was in love with their ideas and suggestions to improve the layout and finishes of our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom. They were very professional and spent almost 4 hours with us showing us their beautiful designs and projects from previous clients. We decided to hire them and we are so happy that we did. They came up with an amazing 3D concept design for each space that we wanted to remodel. They managed the project from the contractor to the finish materials and with the final decoration of the home. Our house looks amazing and our kitchen is, now, huge and has an island to die for. They recommended a Calcutta quartz material that makes the kitchen look like a showpiece from a designer showroom. Our master bathroom is like a high end spa at a five star hotel. We are really thankful to the team from Spazio La for making our home an amazing place for our family.”

“Ronnie Gor was the designer for our major remodel project in Tarzana, CA. The work covered a complete remodel of a 70 year-old, ranch-style home and construction of an attached ADU. There are inherent challenges in adding to an older home and creating a seamless whole. Ronnie was up to the task. and willingly worked with our own (me and husband) creative vision through the process. Aside from an overall look and flow, the house could have no unnecessary elevation changes, and no obvious distinction between the old and the new. The design must consider the lot the house is on and address our needs, tastes and budget. Ronnie shone in all areas. The result is a modern home with unique characteristics in both design and function. It is a single structure which, by the closing of a single door, creates two separate and entirely independent homes. Neither infringing on the other. Both are spacious, receive endless natural light, have all the amenities, and each boasting its own two-car garage. Ronnie Gor can fairly be credited with an outstanding job.”

“Elise Blaine Design completed a backyard garage with rooftop deck for us last year, and they were fantastic to work with. We were coming off a disastrous experience with a former contractor who had started the project but had been lying to us about the process and had to be let go. “We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”
