    “We cannot imagine that any group could have done better in renovating our 1862-built home than Gary Streck CRM, Inc. They oversaw a top-to-bottom refitting of a home that was poorly lit, had knob-and-tube wiring, lacked central air conditioning, and had the original Victorian woodwork (which while beautiful showed the ravages of time). They had access to skilled artisans who brought care and imagination to the thousands of puzzles posed by making a house modern but preserving period detail. Bathrooms were remodeled, a state-of-the-art home theater was created, and a whole floor was reconstructed. Gary Streck CRM kept them on the job, on deadline, and within budget. Always professional and always setting the highest standards for any of the jobs performed. Thanks to them, we know that we live in an historic home but remain warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and well lit. The "Old World" level of craftmanship is evident in every room. It was quite an accomplishment for Gary Streck CRM and worthy of the Golden Prism Award for Best Historic Renovation in 2013.”

She has both the knowledge of a general contractor and the vision of an interior designer, so the finished product was kept in mind from the very beginning. Monica’s attention to detail never wavered throughout the arduous process of re-configuring an antique cape, and she was able to help us turn many would-be issues into bonus features of the finished product. She was extremely attentive to our thoughts and ideas and accommodating of our needs throughout the renovation. We couldn’t have done it without her!”

    “Peter and Archia did a major kitchen remodeling project for us in Duxbury MA. The project was done on time (and the schedule was very condensed), on budget and with great results. They were proactive in anticipating any issues and changes and made the project better then anticipated. They drove the punch list, coming by after the project on their own to tweak and tighten items and ensure that all was well. We have done a number of home improvement projects and would recommend Archia without reservation! Mark and Wendy Rayfield ”

    “I've had two jobs completed by Almar now, and both were done at a very high quality. The first was a makeover of the bathroom upstairs which had previously been a DIY tile operation by the previous owner which did not go well. The second job was repair and restoration of a large leak that we had in our porch into our basement. I would hire them again, and they were wonderful to do business with.”

Steve, Jeff and Dan updated us on the progress of the work and informed us of any unexpected costs or additional work. Overall an excellent experience and a company that I would recommend for any remodeling or construction project.”

    “I have partnered with Leader Builders, and Pete, on many projects and I love how they always work to fulfill their client's dreams even on the tightest of budgets. I think their worldly make-up serves them well in finding interesting ways to incorporate new room concepts and material selections to achieve very fresh and modern looks. Of course they are even more inspiring on projects were the budget is expanded. Their managers are always paired with the project that best suits the individual client and never have I seen a homeowner not thrilled with their full-service contracting process. I look forward to continuing our partnership.”

    “Darryl and the team at Copia were just incredible to work with. The quality and personal touches on every finish throughout the property showed he treated this project as though he was building his own home. Having Copia design, develop and ultimately sell our home to us meant we had someone who we trusted and could give us genuine feedback on all our questions. We bought our property 18 months ago and still keep in touch with Darryl and the team. They are always able to answer any questions or help us with anything needed. We also used Copia for some recent additions to our home to keep with the same design and quality. I couldn't recommend Copia highly enough to anyone looking for a high-end quality home and first class people to work with.”
