We are constantly marvelling at the thoughtful dimensions of the rooms, quality of the materials and the life-altering light. And we are not alone in our appreciation. The buzz in our neighbourhood continues even after a few years of residence. The building provokes lots of curiosity and passion to replicate. If we were doing it all again there's no doubt we would choose Mafcohouse. In fact, we're fantasizing about a bunkie to accommodate all our visitors.”

I contracted Kenneth Bordewick Interior Designs to design my Manhattan Beach beach front home inside as well as outside. He is a pleasure to work with. Kenneth Bordewick's designs are genius. My home is three floors, the top floor is the living room, dinning room, den and kitchen. Second floor is the master suite and home office. The first floor is quest suite, laundry room and garage. The remarkable thing about Kenneth Bordewick is his BRILLIANCE. He was able to take my teardown and through his metamorphosis it became a beautiful butterfly. Kenneth Bordewick was under budget and completed the job early. The quality of furnishings is of the very highest standard. During his time on my project he was servicing several other clients such as Mariah Carey, Paul Mc Cartney and the Jonas Brother. How he found time for me I will never know.
