“We had our entire house remodeled by the team at DJH Renovations. The transformation was more than we hoped for and it felt like stepping back into a new house. Like any big project there were some up and downs but the DJH Renovation team got everything sorted and up to a great standard. “I initially contracted Corey and his team after purchasing a 100 year old property in need of some TLC. The first job was quite small to ensure I had made the right decision. Since then Corey has undertaken the major renovation and several other smaller projects for me. I am experienced in employing building contractors and cannot be more impressed by the way Corey applies himself. He employs the best and expects the best, he is always available and does not get flustered when others do. If you are wanting someone to provide a complete service, taking responsibility for the daily hassle of coordinating the trades and ultimately for the provision of a quality end result I personally recommend him.”

“We are thrilled with our printed splashback in our kitchen and are so pleased we chose to work with Lucy for this. We selected an image of Lucy's that we particularly liked - a beautiful beach scape in Auckland - but we wanted to make it more generic and less identifiable as an Auckland scene, as we live in the Bay of Plenty. So after supplying us with a number of options, Lucy removed Mt Rangitoto from the background. The end result is flawless. The pohutukawa flowers in the foreground of the image are crimson and punchy, and match the other red accents in our kitchen, while the beach in the background is more subtle and muted. We are so pleased with the end result. Lucy was extremely easy to work with and had a very quick turn around on the project. We have already recommended her to many.”

“Livia and Darren designed and built both of our beautiful new bathrooms. It was a stress less experience from start to finish. Livia design skills and vision took both rooms from dysfunction and wasted spaces to not only functional and beautiful but rooms we are proud to show our family and friends. We know we will enjoy them for years to come. Darren’s build and management skills enabled both rooms to be finished to the highest quality standard. The sub contractors were all respectful and true craftsman providing the level of finish that Darren expected of them.. We lived in the house throughout the renovations and was never inconvenienced by mess. We both highly recommend Prima build and will definitely employ them again with any further house renovations.”

“Subject: Alpha Omega Recommendation. In November and December 2015, we strived to open up our new restaurant in Paihia – Charlottes Kitchen. The project was rather ambitious as it was built over water with a huge amount of detail and structural requirements involved. Without Adam and his team of builders I am sure that we would not have been able to open in time for the Christmas period – and certainly not to the same level of finish that Alpha Omega provided. In a stressful time, having a team of guys who dug deep, working 7 days a week and very long hours each day – whilst smiling was invaluable. “Brand new private build(400m2) on a 2.7 hectare lifestyle block including a sleep out and round pen with area of 50m for a horse-loving family of 7. The brief to the building company included French Provincial Style home, integrating with the surroundings. Waller Projects met this brief 100%. Mark and his team are organised, engaged from the start, pay attention to detail, know their audience, have a clear picture of wants and needs, open communication, up for a any challenge. They delivered the complete project slightly over the time frame as bad weather intervened and held construction back for a couple of weeks.
