“Elliot Gesang and his crew have helped us on several projects. We added a master bath and the work and craftsmanship was excellent. We got a lot of bang for our buck! Much less than we expected. Even our kids want to use our shower instead of theirs! We also added a new front entry which looks awesome! I get compliments on it all the time. Then we re-sided the entire home, painted and put up all new seamless gutters. His crew did an excellent job on this as well. Finally they are just finishing our new huge patio and cover, the patio is exposed aggregate and looks great and the new patio cover will give us needed shade during the summer, cover from the rain and safety from the snow (our old cover nearly collapsed under the weight of the snow last winter. All in all they have done fantastic work. Gesang Inc. is a small company but works with you on everything from concept, to design to finish! Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive in all matters concerning the project, the employees are polite and respectful, they clean up after themselves and are just good hard working people! I would absolutely recommend Gesang, Inc. to anybody in Pierce County.”

“First of all, Sheard Development completely saved us! We had started several months before they came on board with another contractor who let us down right after the foundation had been started.... Then we waited & waited for them to go onto the next stage which never happened. Basically the whole house was still unfinished and it sat for about 4 months before Sheard Development took over our project. They worked through many errors on the plans they inherited and the foundation that had already been started. I can’t say enough positive about this company, they made EVERYTHING right. “I reached out to Nicki last June when we were under contract for our new home that was just in the beginning stages of foundation. She came out to the site several times and gave advice to the built of the structure and referrals to outside contractors to help with 3rd party checks. My husband and I were overwhelmed by the options from the design studio for counter tops, cabinet colors, flooring, tile, carpets etc. Nicki got to know us and what style home we were looking for. She gave us recommendations that stayed within our budget that she knew would complement our home. For example; we really liked a soft, white, marble look for the bathroom shower, however the price of marble was well out of our range. She found a tile that looked very similar to marble and gave recommendations on the grout to make it look like a large slab of marble. She stayed in constant communication with us as the process of our home continued and gave input on finishing touches such as; outlet covers, trim, quarter rounds, that would look best and made sure the construction company wasn’t cutting corner. Once we were moved in, she helped style and decorated our home to give it the warm homey feeling we were looking for. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with going through Nicki, and will reach back out to her for our next home project. Our spec home is the most unique in our community and was exactly what we were hoping for. When working with a new construction development/company, it was nice having someone who had our best interest in mind and was knowledgeable on; new construction build, materials, as well as current trends.”
