Ken is exceptional with his detail for design. Use him for this and then hire your architect. He was so helpful in this area. “The owner of Extreme Transformations provided an array of exceptional services. First of all, my wife and I had just purchased a home in NY, far from this business; but, having received an excellent reference we had Joe come up for about 4 weeks to oversee some major renovation work. He organized and oversaw the additional contractors we hired for painting, drywall, electrical, tile, plumbing, etc. As is the case with most renovation work, not everything was done perfectly the first time, but Joe saw to it that anything that was not consistent with professional grade work or me and my wife's expectations was promptly addressed. Joe did a ton work himself - a lot of little things that need to be addressed when renovating a home, sometimes working late into the evening - some major projects that change the entire look of a room. I'll highlight two of the projects he did for us: 1. Custom shelving for our bar area (which he designed) with RGBW LED lighting behind the shelves as well as under the bar and on the ceiling. You can only see the lights when they are on and the effect is amazing. 2. Our beautiful 5'x7' barn doors which slide perfectly across our bedroom walls to reveal my wife's closet, my closet, and our master bath. The doors look beautiful and provide quite the wow factor when we give people a tour. Incredible service and workmanship. Works well with other contractors. Highly recommended.”
