“Traci & Todd were very easy to work with when they bought my parents home. Their professionalism went beyond anything my sister's and I expected. It was very difficult having to sell the house where we grew up and my parents lived for 51 years till they passed away. When they finished the remodeling project they held an "Open House" for the neighborhood and our families. We thought that was a great idea and nice jester. But, what WOW'd my sister's and I, was Traci & Todd invited the three of us to a private showing of the house we grew up in and shared so many family memories throughout the years. “We purchased a 1957 ranch house to accommodate the current and future needs of our 14 year-old daughter with Spina Bifida. She currently walks with orthotics, but will likely progress to using a wheelchair as she grows and wants to keep up with her peers. We gutted 3 bathrooms (on slab), rerouting plumbing in 2 and creating one accessible bath. Jeff DeVol is an aging in place specialist and helped us design an open shower with a linear drain and added blocking in the walls for additional grab bars in the future. We also widened openings, installed tile flooring, and removed some closets for a more open floor plan. Adding a ventless fireplace and converting a third garage bay to a weight room allowed the home to better meet our family's needs. DeVol's team was competent and courteous. The arrived on time and consulted us on every change that occurred in the field. We ended up with only a 1% cost overage in change orders, one item a lighting change at our request.”
