“We originally hired Mosaik Design to do some simple updating of cabinets and lighting in our kitchen. During the demolition of the cabinets a piece of flawed granite was discovered and we decided to proceed with a totally new kitchen design which enhanced and changed our main living area. From the creative design of the new floor plan to the finished project, the Mosaik team was professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule and used top notch subcontractors. We are extremely happy with the work they did for us and highly recommend them.”

Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. “Northalnd Design and Build made our home remodel a great experience. Gina, the designer, quickly grasped our vision and directed our search, making it fun and productive. She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home.”

“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”
