“I used Le Roi and his team for my extension project. Le Roi helped us with the overall design of our extension right down to the details of where sockets, spot lights and light switches would be located and took our project from the initial drawings and designs all the way through to managing the build and making sure that everything was signed off correctly in regards to planning permission, structural calculations and building control. “I met Ellie through a networking group. We arranged a coffee date to discuss my conservatory problems. To cold in winter and it had become more of a 'glory hole ' rather than a functional room. Ellie arranged for 3 quotes and we met up afterwards to discuss the best quote for me. I am delighted with the result of the building work and the support that Ellie gave throughout the project. No problems for me to sort out at any time. Ellie consulted with the builder keeping me informed of any technical problems that occurred. “Refresh Renovations have a fantastic robust process in place which gives me the confidence I need before committing to any kind of work. I was looking for one company to manage the Design and Build of my project, and have one contact throughout. They are very professional and friendly. I was looking to extend my kitchen but undecided on the Design but Refresh had their own Project Manager and Designer who gave me their expert advice whilst taking my requirements and budget into consideration. I would highly recommend them and would use them for future projects too!”
